Abstract

This paper investigates the potential of biogas production from dairy manure in Nanded, Maharashtra, India. We explore the environmental and economic benefits this technology offers to dairy farms, analyzing relevant data tables and presenting real-world examples. Drawing on existing research and local context, we discuss the feasibility of implementing biogas plants in Nanded, considering factors like manure availability, biogas yields, and energy demands. Finally, we propose practical recommendations for promoting the adoption of dairy manure biogas technology in the region.
