Abstract

Parental involvement in school activities, such as Family Day events, is crucial for students' academic success and overall development. These events foster collaboration between home and school, positively impacting students' attitudes, behaviors, academic performance, and social skills (Kim & Bryan, 2021; Smith et al., 2022; Gonzalez et al., 2023; Williams & Green, 2021).

This study evaluates parental involvement during the Senior High School Family Day, focusing on factors influencing participation. It involved 183 students from various academic strands. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire covering Vision-Mission, Objectives & Relevance, Organization and Preparation, and Involvement & Participation, analyzed using descriptive statistics and ANOVA tests.
