Magnitude of Chronic Suppurative Otitis Media and Its Associated Factors among Children with Chronic Otitis Media Attending Ear, Nose and Throat Clinic at Tertiary Centers in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Abstract
Worldwide, chronic otitis media (COM) is a common upper airway infection, with a potential to result in hearing loss if poorly managed. It is disproportionately prevalent in developing regions, including Ethiopia. However, its prevalence estimates along with its risk factors are not adequately investigated in the study setting.
